Appointment Services: Please book the service(s) you wish to receive. The service(s) selected at the time of booking are the service(s) reserved for your appointment. To stay on schedule, service changes, removals, or upgrades cannot be guaranteed at your appointment. If you choose to remove a scheduled service upon arrival, you will still be responsible for the cost of the service originally reserved, as that appointment time was held specifically for you. If you're unsure which service to book, please contact me before scheduling, and I'll be happy to help you choose the option that's right for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without any cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Less than 12 hours' notice or No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. No-call, No-show: Clients who fail to show up without notifying me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). A no-call, no-show may result in being blacklisted from booking future appointments with Izzy Beauty Glam. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A courtesy grace period of up to 10 minutes may be extended for unexpected delays or emergencies at the discretion of Izzy Beauty Glam. More than 10 minutes late: A $10 late fee will be added to your appointment. 15 minutes or more late: Your appointment may need to be canceled or shortened if there is not enough time to complete your scheduled service. In this case, 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Arrival Policy: Please wait in your vehicle upon arrival and send me a text to let me know you've arrived. I'll message you as soon as I'm ready for you to come inside. These policies help keep my schedule running smoothly and allow me to provide the best experience for every client.
